Our Refund Promise
We're committed to your satisfaction. If you're not happy with your Alura analysis, we offer partial refunds within 48 hours of delivery.
Refund Eligibility
- Timing: Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving your analysis
- Reason: Any reason - we don't require detailed justification
- Partial Refund: Due to processing costs, refunds are typically 70-80% of the original amount
- Add-ons: Fast Track and Surgical Visualization add-ons are also eligible for partial refunds
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- 1. Email us at hi@alura.co
- 2. Include your order number and reason (optional)
- 3. We'll process your refund within 3-5 business days
- 4. Refunds appear on your original payment method
What's Not Refundable
- • Requests made after 48 hours of delivery
- • Analysis already downloaded and used extensively
- • Orders where photos were inappropriate or unusable
Processing Times
Most refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. During peak periods, it may take up to 7 business days. You'll receive email confirmation when your refund is processed.
